Kelli Howard has almost three decades of experience in the natural therapies industry, has taught yoga and practiced Eastern healing arts across Australia from Bondi Beach to Uluru, from Darwin to the NSW Northern Rivers & Coast.

Kelli supports her clients to reconnect with their natural state of health, peace, and joy.  By releasing tension & balancing the internal energy system we create a pain-free & energized body, mind, and spirit. 

She is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) and the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia and a member of ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Society) offering comprehensive treatments in:

Kelli is passionate about her client’s health & wellbeing.  She is aware the symptom of the body is a reflection of the internal functioning, emotional and spiritual levels of the client.  Even beneficial change can be confronting which is why each appointment may include counseling for support as the client moves toward sovereignty in their wellness.

Her in-depth knowledge of traditional oriental medicine, acupressure point therapy, and the five-element meridian system has her leading a unique fusion of movement, breath, and meditative postures to promote health, harmony, and well-being in her classes.
