Alisha, owner of Sense of Power, is a long term friend of our community. Her studio is an instructor training studio and work placement studio for Pilates ITC, and she has mentored many Pilates instructors over the years.

Jess is a community childhood nurse, and her team provides comprehensive postpartum home visits for mother and baby. Her team consists of registered nurses, child and family health nurses, and her services are easy to navigate for the new mother.
