Emma is our Senior Women’s Health Physio, Clinical Pilates instructor, and mum to a very busy little boy.
Emma completed her Master of Physiotherapy at The University of Technology Sydney after completing degrees at both The University of Sydney and The University of Wollongong. She has since gone on to complete further training in Women’s Health and Pilates. Whilst Emma works with women right across the lifespan, she especially enjoys working with the pre and postnatal population, taking women right through their pregnancy journey and assisting in recovery from birth. She is particularly passionate about birth preparation, empowering women to go into their delivery armed with all the necessary knowledge and skills to obtain the best outcomes.
She is also a big advocate for Pilates, seeing the great effect it has on people from all walks of life. Over her years as a physiotherapist, she has been amazed at the difference she sees in patients based on their exercise status and draws inspiration from the many 80 and 90 year old women who she has taught Pilates to.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys attending Pilates and kickboxing classes and spending time in the sun with her family and friends.
