Cerys is an experienced women’s pelvic health physiotherapist. She brings over five years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist with a deep passion for women’s pelvic health. Recently relocating from London to Sydney, she has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in treating a wide range of pelvic health conditions.

Cerys undertook her women’s health training with a specialist team in London Teaching Hospital. She also completed the functional bowel disorders course via the POGP in the UK.

In her previous role at The Royal Free Hospital, Cerys worked extensively with patients experiencing conditions such as urinary and faecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, vulval pain, vaginismus, lichen sclerosis, pregnancy-related pain, OASI tears, and postpartum recovery (including diastasis recti rehab and scar pain).

She combines evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, manual therapy, and education to empower her patients on their healing journeys.

Her calm, supportive nature ensures patients feel nurtured and understood throughout their care.

Outside of work, Cerys enjoys running and keeping active, especially outdoors as well as going to the beach and socialising with friends.
