Maintaining a pelvic floor exercise routine can be challenging, even when you know it’s essential for your recovery.

That’s why we’ve created Pelvic Floor Focus, regular 20-minute, physio-led classes designed to fit seamlessly into your busy life while offering the accountability you need to make real progress.

Whether you’re managing incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, or any other pelvic floor dysfunction, consistent pelvic floor muscle training can help you regain control and confidence.

Backed by research, our classes are structured to ensure you stick with the program and see tangible results.

Evidence shows supervised group pelvic floor muscle training, following an individual assessment and education is as beneficial as individual appointments to create positive outcomes for patients.

Who Are These Classes For?

Our Pelvic Floor Focus classes are perfect for women managing pelvic floor dysfunctions.

These classes are also ideal for busy women who need quick, accessible solutions to incorporate into their day.

Whether you’re a new mom balancing the demands of postpartum recovery, or a professional with limited time, our short, targeted sessions provide the support you need to stay committed to your health.

What to Expect in Each Class

We want to make these classes FUN!! There will be music, cues, instructions, and variations given for different levels.

Each exercise is easy to follow, focusing on building your pelvic floor strength over time, with minimal equipment needed.

It’s important to remember that pelvic floor muscle training typically takes around 12 weeks to produce noticeable results. That’s why we’re committed to helping you stay consistent through regular, guided sessions. Whether you're managing a prolapse, incontinence, or other pelvic health issues, sticking to a pelvic floor exercise routine is crucial to long-term success.
