We start with a full assessment of your hormonal health, including blood tests and pelvic evaluations, so we can tailor the program specifically to you..

Private Monthly Consultations

We maintain the quality of our care by incorporating in person/ telehealth private consultations with our team. We give recommendations on who is your main clinician who will be taking care of you, and provide guidance on how and when to book appointments to see us.

Weekly Virtual Clinic Hours

You’ll have access to real-time support from our health team during weekly virtual clinic hours. Whether you have questions or need to adjust your plan, we’re here to help. This is the most valuable part where we can keep you accountable, and provide higher level guidance in a group format.

Weekly Pilates, Strength and Pelvic Floor Classes

Designed to improve strength, mobility, and bone health, our weekly 1:4 Equipment Pilates classes are led by our Women’s Health Physiotherapists. There is also an option to join our Pelvic Floor Focused online classes if you are experiencing pelvic floor symptoms.

Schedule & Timetable

Assessment and Onboarding

  • Once enrolled, you will receive our Papaya Assessment Bundle, with clear instructions on where and when to get your blood tests, etc. There are a few online questionnaires to complete, and please send the results back within 2 weeks of enrolment to maintain the momentum. We want to get you started asap!

1:4 Strength and Pilates Classes

  • We have a big timetable and will accommodate and find you the best time you can commit to weekly.

  • Classes are held in our Newtown clinic. Keep in mind that spots are first come first served at the time of enrolment. For Premium members, you can choose to attend 2 classes per week, for Essential members, you can choose to attend 1 class per week.

  • Once enrolment is completed, we will be in contact to place you in your class spot and this will start once you’ve submitted the assessment bundle above.

  • Available class times for Oct intake

Weekly Clinic Hours Support Online

  • Weds at 12pm or 7pm. We rotate between the two times to suit different lifestyle and work commitments.

  • Our practitioners facilitate these calls, and we do this on rotation so you have a healthy mix of exposure to the whole team to ask various questions.

  • You can submit questions prior in our Members Group, and watch the replay if unable to attend live.

Pelvic Floor Focused Classes (Optional)

  • Tues 9:05am

  • Fri 12:30pm

  • You will receive audio recordings of these classes so if you missed them, you can listen to them and follow the cues to complete your pelvic floor exercises.

Clinican-Monitored Facebook Group

  • This Facebook group is the main point of support for the whole group. This is also where we do our accountability reminders, and be your biggest cheerleader during the journey together.

  • You can use this group to post all your questions. If confidentiality is an issue, please note you can also have personalised tailored support in your 1:1 private consultations with your practitioner every month.

Important Things To Note….

  • Our unique Papaya Assessment Kit contains published validated patient questionnaires, pathology tests, and screening forms to help us understand your utmost concerns. This allows us to formulate a personalised treatment plan for you, and tailor your experience accordingly knowing who is the best clinician for your case.

  • All appointments are 40 mins. Your dedicated clinician will recommend who to see and how to book in for those appointments. You have access to our whole team - Physios, Naturopaths, TCM & Acupuncturist for appointments.

  • All Strength and Pilates Classes are 50 mins, in person, in a group of 4.

  • All Pelvic Floor classes are 20 mins online, with replays available if you cannot attend live. These are optional depending on your symptoms.

  • Papaya Membership gives you 15% off for all additional appointments and products over $35.

  • Supplements and practitioner-only prescriptions are optional and recommended based on your symptoms. 10% off all prescriptions.

  • Lab and Functional tests are optional and recommended based on your symptoms. We can do the Metabolic Panel, Gut Microbiome and Vaginal Microbiome, Hair analysis, and a range of other functional tests.

  • All appointments are claimable on health fund, apart from naturopathy consults.

  • Yes, you can claim the program through your private health fund, provided it covers services like physiotherapy, Pilates, TCM, Massage or other components of the program.

    These are services you can claim for:
    - 1:1 Consultations for Physio, Acupuncture, Massage

    You may also use your Medicare rebate for eligible services, depending on your coverage.
    Please keep in mind that naturopathy consults are ineligible for claiming.

  • Upon enrolling, you’ll receive access to our online portal where you can explore resources on nutrition, hormone health, pelvic exercises, and physical strength, all available at your convenience.

    You have lifetime access to this portal.

  • The weekly group calls are held on Weds at 6pm Sydney, Australia time. If you can't make it live, they are recorded & uploaded into our online portal to watch back.

    We use a software to record group calls so that you cannot see faces, to protect your privacy. 

    These calls are designed to answer all questions you have about the course curriculum. You can share as much as you want, and it will be interactive where our clinicians will recommend and share our thoughts on potential roadblocks, adherence tips, etc to help you stay on track!

    You can submit your questions prior if you are unable to make the call time and watch the replay after!

  • The Premium program has more support, accountability and touch points with our team. We do recommend the Premium program as that really set you up for success, with a few 'feel good' elements for your well-being.

  • Yes most certainly. Our role is to inform and support your decision on what to use. We want you to feel better, and if HRT is the solution for you, we're all for it! We will help youits effects and provide alternatives if that is your preference.

  • No problem! All online sessions are recorded, so you can catch up whenever it’s convenient for you.

  • If you join and you're not satisfied within 2 weeks, you can get a full refund minus any 1:1 consultation or Treatment planning you have used.

    We are unable to do refunds for functional testings and supplements.

  • How much time is needed to make a change on your health habits? We want to make you feel better as soon as possible, and provide the easiest fastest path to achieving results. In saying that, habits do not build without consistency of actions. Dedicate a few hours per week to implement the things we teach you. Rethink your lifestyle and commitments. It's hard to CHANGE if we do not have space and bandwidth to absorb new information.
